RETURN OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS
According to Art. 9 of the Law, the consumer has the right to return a non-food product of proper quality if the product does not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
The consumer has the right to return goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of the product of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold product have been preserved.
Thus, it is possible to return a non-food product if:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
the product was not used; - the marketable appearance of the product, its consumer properties, all seals, labels, etc. are preserved;
- the settlement document that the consumer received together with the goods is preserved;
- the product is not included in the list of non-exchangeable products.
It is possible to return goods of proper quality and refund if all the conditions listed above are met.

- Pack the unused product with tags, labels and stickers (if they were part of the package) together with a copy of the invoice or new mail waybill.

Please note that the customer pays for the return service according to the tariffs of the postal companies. In case of non-payment, the parcel will be returned to the sender (client).
Please do not send the package COD. In this case, we will not be able to get it and it will be returned to you.
MONEY REFUND METHODS AND TERMS
Dear customers, if all conditions are met and the data is filled in correctly, the refund will take place within 7-14 days strong>from the moment of receiving the package. If certain data is missing, the return process may be delayed. Please include all the necessary details so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
SELLER’S LIABILITY
The seller is responsible for the fact that the sold goods have the qualities and properties that were specified by the manufacturer, are in the specified quantity and meet the specified purpose. The seller is responsible for product defects that occurred during the warranty period.
The seller is not responsible for product defects if:
- The product was damaged by the buyer,
- defects caused by the intervention of the buyer or another person in the product or its composition.
After processing the application, the buyer will receive a notification about the application and how to resolve this complaint. If the buyer claims a defect, the seller will properly investigate the claim and decide on further resolution within a maximum of 3 days. The seller is obliged to settle the claim within a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission of the application.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
In case of defects of the product, which the consumer discovered during the warranty period, he has the right to eliminate the defects free of charge. In the case of defects that cannot be eliminated and that prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or refuse the purchase and request a refund of the purchase price. If the defect can be eliminated, but in the event of the return of defects after repair, the consumer cannot properly use the product, he has the right to exchange the product or receive a refund. In case of insurmountable defects that do not prevent the proper use of the product, the consumer has the right to a discount from the price of the product.
